The results of this study indicate that goalkeepers, most of the time, played out in areas below 150 bpm/min. Players spend approximately 45 minutes in the zones over 150 bpm/min. In order to adequately meet the demands of players, playing in these pulse areas, fundamental principle in soccer players training have to be stimulation of anaerobic energy sources, lactate and alactate. Unlike them, among goalkeepers aerobic energy and anaerobic alactate-CP mechanism are dominant. Football, loading, energy potential, playing position
