PLANNED PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IMPACT TO THE LEVEL OF GLYCEMIA IN BLOOD

Abstract

Physical activity has a very important role in healing and control of diabetes, in childhood and the period of adolescency. Demonstrated through different views of children’s game it is an important part of total daily activities of this population. Besides, physocal activity advances and strengthens general health and is an important factor in regular growth and develoment of child’s organism. With this paper we have the aim to direct the attention to the more and more often appearance of diabetes with youngsters. In recent years it is so much present with this population that we can say it is the phenomenon of the epidemic of this desease. Because youngsters are involved in educational process and directed to of ten contact with their school teachers, it is necessary that teachers, especially physical education techers have basic elementary knowlegdes of this desease or condition of the organism.
