In this research work the emphasis was given to determining the effectiveness of applicable incentives as motivational factors in the expression of the engaged motor potential between the schoolgirls of different ages. The survey was conducted on a sample of 96 schoolgirls aged between 9 to 11 where engaged motor potential was estimated with 2 motor variables that reflect the complex structure of performing movement. In addition to the initial measurement were performed three more under the influence of the following stimulus:
- the second measurement influenced by incentives- competition with scores on initial measurement
- the third measurement under the influence of stimulus - competition for better grades
- the fourth measurement under the influence of stimulus - to compete with a friend
Determining the statistical significance of the expression of engaged motor potential under the influence of applied potential between the initial stimulus and the other points of measurement was performed using T-test for paired samples. motivation, incentives, motor potential, kordination, agility, schoolgirls
