EFFECTS OF PARTIAL QUANTITATIVE CHANGES IN DYNAMIC POWER AND STATIC FORCE OF ATHLETES AGED 15-16
EFEKTI PARCIJALNIH KVANTITATIVNIH PROMJENA DINAMIČKE SNAGE I STATIČKE SILE SPORTISTA UZRASTA 15-16
Sport Mont 2013, XI(37-38-39), 259-265
The main goal of this research is to determine the contribution of the exercise equipment and free weights to develop the dynamic power and static power ofa thletes aged 15-16 years. In a sample of 162 subjects (divided into two subgroups-control and experimental group) was applied 20 tests for the assessment of dynamic power and static power.
T-test results show us statistically significant partial quantitative changes in the studied variables in both subsamples. These changes were in the control group significantly weaker, but in each case statistically significant.
Based on these results we conclude that each carefully planned program of activities designed to target kinesiology operators, appropriate scale and intensity of the set based on the results of the test input dijagnostičnog leads to a transformation of the expected effects of the training process. training, dynamic power, static force, athletes, transformational process
